Samson Resources II, LLC to Participate in Upcoming Conferences

TULSA, Okla., Oct. 31, 2018  — Samson Resources II, LLC (“Samson” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company will participate in the upcoming Cowen Energy & Natural Resources Conference and Capital One 2018 Energy Conference.  The Cowen Energy & Natural Resources Conference takes place in New York, New York on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 4 – 5, 2018.  The Capital One 2018 Energy Conference will be in New Orleans, Louisiana on Wednesday and Thursday, December 5 – 6, 2018.  Samson’s management will be available for one-on-one meetings with investors during both conferences.
